The production of organic Chianti wine: we enter, with the head, the heart, the hands in the vineyard, we understand what philosophy and what technique there is under a valuable ecological production. We learn to hold the scissors in our hands, to understand the round that makes the sap, what to leave, what to remove. We know the principles of ecological agriculture, the secrets of a winery, the secrets of wine and the first rudiments of a good match with food, we have lunch with a
selection of cheeses and local cold cuts of first choice, and of course with the organic wines of the farm.
